Frequently Asked Questions — High-Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) System
What specifications are available for the HFNC consumable set?
Adult cannula sets support flow up to 60 L/min with a FiO₂ range of 21–100%, independent of flow. Paediatric and neonatal sizes are available at their respective flow ranges. The heated circuit is active-humidification compatible (approx. 31–37 °C). Buyers should confirm flow range, size and circuit compatibility with their existing high-flow device before placing a bulk order.
Are the cannula and circuit single-use?
Yes. The nasal cannula and heated circuit are single-use, per-patient consumables sterilised with ethylene oxide (EO). The high-flow device is the durable component. Cannulas are available in neonatal, paediatric and adult (S/M/L) sizes.
What size options are available and how do buyers specify them?
We supply three size groups: neonatal, paediatric and adult (Small / Medium / Large). Procurement teams typically specify by patient population or size label. For tender submissions, we can provide full size specifications and dimensional drawings. Contact us on WhatsApp with your quantity and size breakdown for a bulk price.
Do you offer samples and private label (OEM)?
Yes. We send samples for evaluation and offer a private-label (OEM) option with CE / ISO 13485 documentation for medical-device registration. Box price and MOQ quote on WhatsApp in under 24 hours.

It is supplied as a disposable, per-patient set, classified as a single-use medical consumable (ISO 13485, CE).
Specifications at a glance
The adult set supports flow up to 60 L/min; FiO₂ adjustment range 21–100% is independent of flow. The heated circuit is active-humidification compatible (approx. 31–37 °C). Soft nasal prongs are available in neonatal, paediatric and adult (S/M/L) sizes. All materials are flexible medical PVC, latex-free, EO sterilised. Full dimensional specification sheets and IFU are available on request.
Single-use design for consumable procurement
The nasal cannula and heated circuit are designed for per-patient single use. This makes them standard reorder consumables for hospitals and respiratory care facilities with existing high-flow device infrastructure. Procurement teams typically order by size and monthly patient volume. We can supply all three size groups in the same shipment.
Ordering and documentation
Bulk orders are available with a low MOQ. Samples can be requested for specification confirmation before committing to volume.
