Overview

This combines a 3-way stopcock with an integrated valve / connector port, giving flow control and a needle-free access point in a single moulded piece — fewer parts to assemble in the buyer's kit. Clear PC body, colour-coded handle. Supplied to distributors as an OEM component with your branding.

Stopcock + connector: how it compares

OptionParts to assembleBest for
Stopcock with integrated connector (this part)None — one moulded pieceKit assemblers, one-SKU supply
3-way stopcock + separate needle-free connectorTwo parts, one Luer jointBuyers who already stock both parts
Plain 3-way stopcockOne part, no access valveLines that don't need needle-free access

Two components, one moulded piece

A kit builder normally buys a 3-way stopcock and a needle-free connector separately, then assembles them — one more part number, one more assembly step, one more Luer joint that can loosen or leak. This part arrives with the valve port already integrated on the stopcock body: flow control and needle-free access in a single piece. For an assembler, that is one SKU instead of two and no joint to torque and check.

How it sits on the line

The stopcock handle directs flow between the three Luer ports exactly like our standard 3-way stopcock, while the integrated valve gives staff a needle-free point for injection or sampling without opening the line. The clear PC body keeps fluid visible; the silicone septum presents a flat, swabbable face for disinfection before each access.

Colour and configuration are yours

The handle is colour-coded — blue is shown, and we mould other colours to your scheme or brand. Port orientation and whether you want the part standalone, in a set, or alongside plain stopcocks in the same order are all build choices.

Pressure: know what the line will see

This part carries the standard stopcock rating (around 4.5 bar) — right for infusion and sampling lines. If your customers run contrast power injection, that is a different part: see our high-pressure stopcock, which is reinforced for injector pressures.

Questions distributors ask

Why buy this instead of a stopcock and a connector separately?

One moulded piece means one SKU, no assembly step and no extra Luer joint to loosen or leak. Kit assemblers save a part number and a torque-and-check step on every unit.

What valve is in the integrated port?

A silicone needle-free valve with a flat, swabbable face — staff disinfect it and access the line with a Luer syringe or set, no needle involved.

What pressure is it rated for?

The standard stopcock rating, around 4.5 bar — suited to infusion and sampling lines. For contrast power injection, use our separate high-pressure stopcock instead.

Can you mould our colour and pack under our brand?

Yes — handle colour, pouch print and carton all follow your design. MOQ from 2,000 units, and mixed trial orders are possible.
